About the event
Break The Silence is a three-day live music event built on one simple idea: music opens conversations that people struggle to start.
Across three days at SNAFU, we’re bringing together metal, rock, punk and acoustic artists from across the scene to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and support men’s mental health through the one thing that’s always been there for us — loud music and shared space.
This isn’t just a gig. It’s a place where it’s okay to turn up, feel something, and talk if you need to — or just stand in the crowd and know you’re not on your own.
