I'm sure we all know someone who is either suffering or has suffered from this, if you are I encourage you to contact Mind or many other Mental Health charities it's not a weakness to ask for help it's the first step to getting yourself back on track.
It's going to be a free entry show and we will have collection buckets around the venue so please dig deep and give generously to this great cause.
